Supply Chain Analyst – S&OP

About the role

Amazon’s Supply Chain team is looking for an analytical and driven Supply Chain Analyst to support the UK fulfilment network. In this S&OP focused role you will dive deep into data, partner with cross‑functional teams and help shape both short‑term execution and long‑term strategic direction.

Key responsibilities

• Make sound business judgments to drive tactical and strategic improvements across the supply chain.
• Own programmatic execution at both detailed and strategic levels.
• Identify, prioritize and implement processes that eliminate defects and improve efficiency.
• Create, develop and drive solutions that enhance the end‑to‑end customer experience.
• Operate and influence in a cross‑functional capacity, collaborating with Fulfilment Centers, Transportation, Retail and Finance teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to dive deep into data and uncover insights.
• Proven ability to earn trust of partner teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable making quick decisions with incomplete data while thinking long‑term.
• Experience driving EU‑level strategic projects and change initiatives.
