About the role

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality assurance processes for supplier materials and components.
• Investigate and resolve supplier quality issues, driving root‑cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Monitor supplier performance metrics, maintain records, and report quality results internally.
• Collaborate with design and process engineers to address component reliability challenges.
• Analyze supplier quality data using SPC, Pareto charts, and trend analysis; prepare dashboards with Excel or Power BI.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives such as FMEA, process controls, and 8D problem solving.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and ability to read engineering drawings.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 50 % of the time.
