Supervising Associate – Project Manager

About the role

EY is seeking a Supervising Associate – Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end initiatives across multiple business pillars. You will work closely with internal teams and senior leadership, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the firm’s strategic vision.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle projects, coordinating resources, timelines, budgets and scope.
• Collaborate with peers and internal departments to support leadership in meeting internal and external deadlines.
• Set up and maintain Azure Boards, project trackers, Gantt charts or planners as required.
• Monitor the triple constraints of time, cost and scope, and report status to stakeholders.
• Organise project meetings, capture minutes, produce documentation, status reports and obtain necessary approvals.
• Track project schedules, adjust plans as needed and ensure milestones are met on schedule.
• Ensure deliverables meet SLA/KPI commitments and follow up on action items with stakeholders.

Required profile

• 9‑12 years of professional experience, with at least 4 years in project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational, analytical and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail‑oriented and able to adapt responsibilities to evolving business needs.
• Willingness to support teams across US, EMEIA and APAC time zones.
