Style Associate – Retail Jewelry (Koregaon Park, Pune)

About the role

The Style Associate is the front‑line ambassador of the brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences in a jewelry retail environment. Working under the Store Manager, you will help drive sales, maintain store standards and support smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable jewellery pieces.
• Address customer queries, escalating complex issues when needed.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, communicate value, and support the store in meeting sales targets.
• Stay updated on new collections, promotions and visual merchandising.
• Assist with store deliveries, online order processing, stock replenishment and packaging.
• Maintain store cleanliness, presentation standards and assist in theft‑prevention protocols.
• Collaborate with team members, adapt to varied shift timings and be open to intra‑cluster transfers.

Required profile

• Graduate / HSC (freshers) or SSC qualification with at least 2 years of retail experience.
• Age between 18 and 28 years.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, enthusiastic attitude with good presentation and grooming standards.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings.
