Style Associate – Retail Jewelry

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Style Associate to join our jewelry retail team at Garuda Mall in Bangalore. The role focuses on delivering personalized service, promoting our collections and supporting daily store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their preferences and recommend suitable jewellery pieces.
• Handle customer enquiries, resolve issues and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge, highlighting features, benefits and current promotions.
• Assist with store sales targets by communicating product value effectively.
• Support store operations including deliveries, online order processing, packaging, stock replenishment and visual merchandising.
• Ensure the store remains clean, well‑presented and complies with SOPs, policies and theft‑prevention protocols.
• Adapt to shift schedules, work weekends/evenings and be flexible for transfers within the cluster.

Required profile

• Graduate/HSC (freshers) or SSC qualification with up to 2 years retail experience.
• Age between 18 and 28 years.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Quick learner with a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
• Excellent grooming and presentation standards.
• Reliability and punctuality, with willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
