Style Associate – Retail Jewelry (Gurugram)

About the role

The Style Associate is the face of the brand in our Gurugram store, delivering exceptional customer experiences, promoting jewelry collections, and supporting smooth store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable jewellery pieces.
• Address customer queries, escalating complex issues when needed.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, communicate value, and help achieve sales targets.
• Stay updated on new collections, promotions, and visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with store deliveries, online order processing, packaging, and stock replenishment.
• Maintain store cleanliness, presentation, and support theft‑prevention protocols.
• Adapt to varying shift schedules, including weekends and evenings, and be open to intra‑cluster transfers.
• Collaborate with team members, display sound judgment, and uphold brand standards.

Required profile

• Graduate, HSC (freshers) or SSC qualification with up to 2 years retail experience.
• Age between 18 and 28 years.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Strong presentation and grooming standards.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts and adapt to store needs.

• Ability to learn product details quickly.
