Studio Operator – Ranchi

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Studio Operator to support live online classes. The role involves managing streaming sessions with OBS, maintaining simple Excel records, and ensuring technical smoothness for instructors and participants.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and switch scenes in OBS Studio for live classes.
• Coordinate with instructors to start sessions on time and handle real‑time issues.
• Monitor stream performance, troubleshoot audio/video problems, and provide immediate support.
• Maintain Excel (or Google Sheets) spreadsheets to log attendance, session data and other metrics.
• Perform basic computer tasks such as file organization, system checks and software support.
• Test and verify technical equipment (cameras, microphones, internet) before each session.
• Collaborate with content and support teams for pre‑ and post‑session requirements.

Required profile

• Basic experience or familiarity with OBS (Open Broadcaster Software).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry, formatting and filtering.
• General understanding of computer operations and troubleshooting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Good communication skills and a team‑player attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts aligned with live class schedules.
