Student Trainer – Soft Skills

About the role

As a Student Trainer you will lead soft‑skills workshops and seminars for participants across Greater Noida, Noida, Delhi and Ghaziabad. The role focuses on personal development, helping individuals improve communication, confidence and other life‑skills.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training programs focused on soft‑skills and life‑skills development.
• Assess participant needs and tailor sessions accordingly.
• Create and regularly update training materials to keep them relevant and effective.
• Provide personalized coaching and constructive feedback to participants.
• Collaborate with fellow trainers and professionals to enhance the overall training experience.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of training programs on participants' growth.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in training and development.

Required profile

• Student status or recent graduate interested in training and development.
