Strategy & Transversal Integration Apprentice

About the role

Join Airbus India’s Strategy & Transversal Integration department as an apprentice and help shape digital and engineering processes across the organisation. This 12‑month programme is designed for fresh graduates eager to gain hands‑on experience in business operations, digital automation, and emerging technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and map organisational processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Capture business needs and develop basic digital solutions such as automation scripts, data‑analytics dashboards, or proof‑of‑concept tools.
• Explore emerging technologies (AI/ML, uncertainty quantification) and create prototypes that add business value.
• Collaborate with mentors to set professional objectives and track skill development.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate (B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech.) in Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Computer Science or Information Technology.
• No prior full‑time professional experience; internships and academic projects are acceptable.
• Commitment to complete the full 12‑month apprenticeship.

Required skills

• High proficiency in Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets, Docs).
• Understanding of object‑oriented programming concepts and basic coding ability.
