About the role

The company, a national and international FMCG leader, is seeking a Strategy Manager to drive its transformation and growth agenda in Galicia. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will shape high‑impact strategic initiatives and support decision‑making across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate transversal transformation projects and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
• Analyse market trends, identify growth opportunities and develop strategic business cases.
• Design and implement governance frameworks and management methodologies for strategic execution.
• Support evaluation of inorganic growth options, including M&A opportunities.
• Collaborate with various business units to monitor progress and deliver results.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of experience in top‑tier strategic consulting or internal strategy roles within the FMCG or consumer sector.
• Proven track record managing complex projects and delivering analytical insights.
• Strong English proficiency and willingness to work onsite in Galicia.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and work cross‑functionally.
