Strategic Content Writer – BFSI Thought Leadership

About the role

We are seeking a strategic, detail‑oriented Content Writer to produce high‑quality long‑form pieces for the Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) sector. Reporting to the Communications team, you will translate business strategy, financial data and market insights into clear, credible narratives that support thought‑leadership and brand positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Research, write and edit long‑form content such as thought‑leadership articles, research reports, whitepapers and industry insights.
• Convert complex financial concepts and data into engaging, easy‑to‑understand stories.
• Draft and refine press releases and external communications in line with the brand voice.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy and depth across all content formats.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather inputs, shape content direction and meet project timelines.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional content‑writing experience, preferably in BFSI, fintech or business journalism.
• Proven track record of long‑form, research‑based writing and thought‑leadership content.
• Strong editorial judgment, structured thinking and ability to manage multiple projects.
• High ownership mindset with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
