Stores In‑Charge – Inventory & Warehouse Management

About the role

STELZ Multiparking is seeking a diligent Stores In‑Charge to oversee daily material movements, maintain accurate inventory records, and support production and project teams. The role is pivotal in ensuring seamless material flow within a fast‑growing manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily inward, outward, issue, and return of materials.
• Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, challans, and invoices.
• Maintain accurate stock records in ERP and Excel.
• Monitor stock levels and raise requisitions for re‑ordering.
• Issue materials to production and project teams as required.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and warehouse housekeeping.
• Prepare GRN, material issue notes, dispatch documents, and stock reports.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Projects, Quality, and Accounts teams.
• Maintain documentation, material safety, and inventory control.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in a relevant field.
• 2–5 years of experience in stores/inventory, preferably in manufacturing.
• Good communication, coordination, and record‑keeping abilities.
• Knowledge of engineering materials is an advantage.
