Stores Executive – SAP & Electrical

About the role

We are seeking a Stores Executive with hands‑on SAP experience and a solid background in electrical materials. The role involves managing day‑to‑day store operations, inventory control, and ensuring accurate physical and SAP stock records. You will work closely with purchasing, production, and quality teams to support material flow.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily store activities including receipt, storage, issue, and transfer of materials.
• Execute and maintain SAP transactions related to stores and inventory.
• Monitor physical stock and reconcile it with SAP records.
• Maintain documentation for material receipts, issues, transfers, and movements.
• Control stock levels to ensure optimal inventory.
• Verify incoming electrical and other materials against purchase orders.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, QC and other departments on material requirements and discrepancies.
• Identify and report shortages, excesses, damages or discrepancies.
• Ensure proper storage, identification and handling of electrical components.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and inventory audits.
• Generate SAP‑based inventory reports and maintain related documentation.
• Support warehouse housekeeping and ensure materials are organized and traceable.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in stores, inventory, warehouse or material management.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP Stores/Inventory operations (mandatory).
• Strong electrical background with good knowledge of electrical materials and components.
• Experience in stock control, material transactions and inventory management.
• Ability to work with both physical and computer‑based inventory systems.
• Good coordination skills and ability to collaborate with multiple departments.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and other computer applications.
• Organized, responsible and detail‑oriented.

What we offer
