About the role
The company is a defence‑technology start‑up operating from Bengaluru and Delhi NCR. It is looking for a Stores Associate (Associate I) to manage material flow, maintain accurate inventory records, and support the logistics function of the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and record incoming materials and consumables.
- Issue materials to relevant departments with proper documentation.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP or manual registers.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and identification of items.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in timely replenishment.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for material availability.
- Conduct periodic stock audits and cycle counts.
- Maintain housekeeping, safety, and compliance in the stores area.
- Support disposal or return of non‑conforming, excess, or obsolete items.
- Prepare reports on inventory, consumption, and stock movement.
Required profile
- 3–4 years of experience in stores or warehouse operations.
- Diploma or B.E. degree.
Required skills
- Proficiency with ERP inventory management systems.
