Store Technician – High Reach Truck Operator

About the role

The Store Technician is responsible for operating a high‑reach truck in a storage area, handling material loading and unloading on racks while maintaining accurate location records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS). The role supports sampling, dispensing, and dispatch activities and ensures compliance with SOPs, cGMP, and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the high‑reach truck safely, avoiding damage to materials, equipment, and property.
• Load and unload materials on racks promptly, meeting material access requirements for sampling, dispensing, and dispatch.
• Record daily logs for equipment, environmental conditions, and cleaning/sanitisation activities.
• Maintain accurate material location records in the WMS.
• Keep the online status of the area, equipment, and instruments up‑to‑date at all times.
• Ensure all store activities comply with SOPs, cGMP, and safety regulations.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of total warehouse experience, with at least 1 year operating a high‑reach truck up to 12 m height.
• ITI/Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
• Valid High Reach Truck operation certificate from an authorized training centre.
• Ability to work all shifts.
