Store Sales Associate

About the role

As a Store Sales Associate you will deliver exceptional customer experiences in a Crocs retail environment. You will educate shoppers about products, support store initiatives, and contribute to a vibrant team atmosphere while developing your retail career.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service using the C.H.A.R.M. service model.
• Assist across store departments, including customer service, product knowledge, visual presentation, and stockroom management.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, handle stock replenishment, pricing, markdowns, and promote loyalty programs.
• Maintain store cleanliness, recovery standards, and adhere to asset protection policies.
• Collaborate with store management to improve personal KPIs through sales‑driven techniques.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old.
• Minimum SPM / O Level education.
• 1–2 years of retail experience.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
• Flexible to work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and email.
