Store Sales Associate

About the role
As a Store Sales Associate at Crocs, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences and support daily store operations. You will work directly with shoppers, educate them about products and promotions, and help the team meet sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Provide outstanding service using the C.H.A.R.M. service model.
- Assist across store departments, including customer service, product knowledge, visual presentation, and stockroom management.
- Handle POS transactions, stock replenishment, pricing, markdowns, and loyalty program promotion.
- Maintain store cleanliness, recovery standards, and asset protection compliance.
- Collaborate with store management to improve personal KPIs through sales‑driven techniques.
Required profile
- Minimum age of 16 years.
- 2‑3 years of retail experience, preferably in sports or footwear.
- Flexible schedule with availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
- Strong desire to succeed in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
