Store Person

About the role

AVG Modulars is seeking a dedicated Store Person to oversee daily store operations, maintain accurate inventory records and support smooth material flow across the facility. The role requires strong attention to detail and good communication with purchase, production and accounts teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inward and outward movement of materials.
• Maintain accurate stock registers and inventory records.
• Update inventory transactions in Tally.
• Prepare stock reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production and Accounts departments.
• Conduct periodic stock verification and reconciliation.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling and organization of materials.
• Report stock shortages or discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety within the store.

Required profile

• Graduate (B.Com) or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in store or inventory management.
• Working knowledge of Tally (mandatory).
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
