Store Officer – Inventory Management

About the role

NOCIL Limited is seeking a full‑time Store Officer to manage day‑to‑day store and inventory operations remotely. The role ensures accurate stock records, monitors material movement, and guarantees timely availability of items required for production and other functions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain precise stock records and reconcile physical stock with system data.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and goods receipt notes.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and cross‑functional teams to manage material flow.
• Implement inventory control procedures, track reorder levels, and support audits and compliance requirements.
• Optimize stock levels to reduce discrepancies and support cost‑effective material management.

Required profile

• Experience in store operations, supply chain, or materials management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote setup with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and collaboration skills for cross‑functional interaction.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, commerce, or a related field is advantageous.
