About the role
California Burrito is seeking enthusiastic Store Managers to lead the day‑to‑day operations of its fast‑casual Mexican restaurants across major Indian cities. You will be responsible for delivering a profitable, high‑quality guest experience while upholding brand standards.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee overall restaurant operations and profitability.
- Control costs, inventory, cash handling, and P&L performance.
- Manage manpower scheduling and daily workflow.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and develop team members.
- Ensure excellent food quality, customer satisfaction, and hygiene standards.
- Maintain safety, equipment, and cleanliness compliance.
- Execute company and local marketing initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement and recognition programs.
