About the role

We are seeking energetic Store Managers to lead our stores for a leading toy retail brand in India. The role involves overseeing daily operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for customers in Jodhpur and Vizag.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Lead, coach, and schedule store staff to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and oversee stock replenishment.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards and store presentation are consistently met.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to uphold high service standards.
• Monitor store performance metrics and report results to regional management.
