Store Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead one of our retail locations. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales performance while maintaining the store’s visual standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer service at the point of sale, handling complaints and returns efficiently.
• Control product assortment, place orders, receive merchandise and optimise stock levels to meet sales targets.
• Maintain the store’s image by applying merchandising standards and ensuring cleanliness and upkeep.
• Recruit, train, develop and organise the store team, managing schedules and internal budgets.
• Oversee budget control, protect assets, conduct inventory checks and manage waste in line with company objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail or store management.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Excellent organisational skills with a focus on results.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.
