Store Lead – Retail Store Management

About the role

As the Store Lead, you will be the primary face of Tsokha, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and ensuring smooth daily operations of the lifestyle store in Porvorim.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with warmth and professionalism.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and gifting options.
• Create memorable shopping and gifting experiences.
• Handle billing and POS operations accurately.
• Manage WhatsApp and other customer enquiries.
• Maintain visual merchandising and overall store presentation.
• Coordinate with Store Associates for smooth daily operations.
• Support corporate gifting enquiries and order coordination.
• Assist with inventory management and stock upkeep.
• Ensure the store consistently reflects Tsokha's standards.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Warm, friendly and confident personality.
• Strong customer‑service mindset.
• Keen eye for aesthetics and presentation.
• Ownership, responsibility and willingness to learn.
• Retail or hospitality experience preferred (not mandatory).

Required skills

• Basic computer skills.
