Store Keeper & Stock Inventory Supervisor

About the role

Mohini Sarees, a wholesaler of ladies’ garments and sarees, is looking for a dedicated Store Keeper & Stock Inventory Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations in Bulandshahr. You will ensure accurate stock records, proper storage, and smooth coordination between purchasing, sales, and logistics teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily stock inventory, record incoming and outgoing goods, and maintain organized storage of garments and sarees.
• Conduct regular stock checks, reconcile discrepancies, and update the inventory system.
• Coordinate with purchasing and sales teams to support timely order fulfillment.
• Supervise store operations, enforce cleanliness and safety standards, and prepare basic stock status reports.
• Interact professionally with vendors, team members, and customers to ensure efficient warehouse workflow.

Required profile

• Minimum high school education; additional training or certification in inventory management or retail operations is a plus.
• Prior experience in garment, textile, or wholesale/retail environments.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, moving, and arranging stock.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and problem‑solving skills.
