Store Keeper – Real Estate & Construction

About the role

The Store Keeper will be responsible for maintaining inventory integrity across real‑estate and construction projects. Working on‑site, you will ensure that all materials, tools and equipment are available, traceable and compliant, supporting uninterrupted project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and record all incoming construction materials, match deliveries against approved purchase orders and create accurate Goods Receipt Notes in ERP/SAP.
• Process material issuance against approved Material Issue Instructions, maintain bin cards and stock registers, and reconcile physical inventory with system records through daily, weekly and monthly checks.
• Generate purchase requisitions, debit notes, material issue notes, gate passes and delivery challans, ensuring full documentation accuracy and audit readiness.
• Coordinate with QA, procurement and site engineers to verify material quality, proper storage layout and traceability via labeling systems.
• Monitor stock levels, flag slow‑moving or damaged items and trigger timely replenishment to prevent project delays.
• Enforce strict HSE protocols, maintain store cleanliness, organized storage and digital documentation standards for internal and external audits.

Required profile

• Proven experience in store or warehouse operations within construction, EPC or real‑estate projects.
• Familiarity with ERP/SAP (MM) for goods receipt, material issue and inventory reconciliation.
• Ability to work on‑site, follow HSE guidelines and keep storage areas clean and organized.
• Strong attention to detail for accurate documentation and audit compliance.
