Store Keeper – Mumbai

About the role

We are looking for a diligent Store Keeper to manage inventory operations at our Mumbai facility. The role involves handling material receipts, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth stock movement in line with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain material receipts, records, and withdrawals from the store.
• Issue materials based on daily requirements and coordinate with internal users.
• Inspect deliveries for damages or discrepancies and liaise with vendors and accounting for reimbursements.
• Conduct physical stock verification twice a year and reconcile with SAP MM inventory reports.
• Manage bar‑code labeling, asset numbering, and documentation for intra‑state and inter‑state transfers, including E‑way bill processing.
• Oversee packaging, loading, unloading, and scrap disposal procedures.
• Coordinate freight handling and movement of IT and non‑IT materials.

Required profile

• Graduate from a recognized university.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in storekeeping or inventory management.
• Diploma in Material Management is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Required skills

• SAP MM module knowledge.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with bar‑code labeling and asset tracking systems.
