About the role
The Store Keeper is responsible for the end‑to‑end management of materials within the R&D store, ensuring timely receipt, proper storage, accurate issuance and compliance with ISO standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the physical receipt of materials and complete system entries on the same day to maintain up‑to‑date inventory records.
- Ensure proper storage and preservation of all materials according to defined procedures.
- Handle material issuance both physically and through system updates, guaranteeing traceability.
- Maintain ISO‑compliant storage and preservation processes.
- Uphold 5S standards and a visual workplace within the R&D store areas.
- Coordinate with other departments and R&D stakeholders to support cross‑functional activities.
- Oversee cycle‑count procedures to verify inventory accuracy.
- Forward necessary documents to the Accounts department for payment processing.
- Independently manage all R&D store activities.
