Store Keeper (FLE)

About the role

The Store Keeper (FLE) will manage the inventory of critical items for Amelia Coal Mine, ensuring material availability and controlling spoilage. The role involves daily planning, monthly inventory reviews and annual identification of obsolete stock.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and monitor critical items on a daily basis.
• Review inventory levels monthly and identify obsolete stock annually.
• Track pending indent and purchase orders, follow up with local suppliers, and issue material against requisition slips.
• Prepare and submit MIS reports, including monthly cost sheets, block and repair statements, and reconcile with the accounts department.
• Design and maintain storage systems, segregate hazardous and perishable items, and ensure safety of high‑value inventory.
• Process bill passing activities such as GRN segregation, purchase order review, and coordination with purchase and accounts teams.

Required profile

• Experience in store or inventory management within an industrial or mining environment.
• Ability to prepare accurate MIS and cost reports.
• Familiarity with procurement and accounting follow‑up processes.
• Attention to safety and handling of hazardous or perishable materials.
