Store Helper

About the role

The Store Helper will support daily store operations at our Jhalawar location. This full‑time, on‑site position involves maintaining a tidy shopping environment, restocking shelves, and assisting customers with their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Restock shelves and organize inventory to ensure product availability.
• Keep the store clean, orderly, and presentable for customers.
• Assist customers with inquiries, provide product information, and support sales transactions.
• Collaborate with the store manager and team members to meet business goals.
• Help train and support new team members as required.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Experience in retail sales or customer‑facing roles is a plus.
• Effective organizational skills for inventory management.
• Ability to work well in a team‑oriented environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not mandatory.
