Store Executive

About the role

The Store Executive is a full‑time, on‑site position at Alpine Stampings in Daman. You will be responsible for managing daily store and inventory operations within the manufacturing facility, ensuring that materials flow smoothly to production.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and organize incoming materials.
• Maintain accurate stock records and issue materials to production based on approved requests.
• Monitor stock levels, support purchase and replenishment planning, and ensure proper labeling, storage, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and quality teams.
• Prepare regular inventory reports and respond to internal queries regarding stock availability.
• Maintain orderly documentation, support cycle counts and audits, and provide timely service to internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Practical knowledge of retail or store operations in a manufacturing environment.
• Background in commerce, business, logistics or a related field.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to work on‑site in Daman and follow safety procedures.
• Prior experience in store, warehouse or materials management is preferred.
• Minimum qualification: diploma or bachelor’s degree in commerce, business, logistics or related discipline.
