Store Executive – Inventory & Warehouse Operations

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Store Executive to oversee daily store operations, maintain accurate inventory records and ensure smooth material flow across the facility. The role involves managing inbound and outbound movements, performing SAP transactions and coordinating with production, quality, purchase and dispatch teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inward and outward movement of raw materials, packing materials, consumables and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, perform stock reconciliation and ensure proper labeling.
• Execute Goods Receipt (GRN), Goods Issue (GI), Material Transfer and other inventory transactions in SAP.
• Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment with the Purchase department and conduct periodic physical stock verification.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly inventory reports.
• Ensure compliance with FIFO/FEFO practices and maintain cleanliness, safety and housekeeping in the store area.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase and Dispatch for seamless material flow.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in store or inventory management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related discipline.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP (MM module preferred).
• Strong organizational, documentation and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
