Store Executive – Inventory & Stock Management

About the role

The Store Executive will oversee all inventory and stock handling activities for a central kitchen environment. This position ensures accurate records, timely replenishment, and compliance with food safety standards to keep operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate stock records for raw materials, packaging, and consumables, applying FIFO/FEFO rotation methods.
• Handle receipt of goods, verify against purchase orders, and ensure proper storage according to standards.
• Manage daily issuance of materials to the kitchen and other operational areas.
• Update inventory systems (Excel/ERP) regularly, track wastage, and resolve discrepancies.
• Conduct regular stock audits, enforce hygiene and storage standards per FSSAI guidelines.
• Coordinate with procurement, vendors, and kitchen teams for demand planning and forecasting.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience as a Store Executive, Store Keeper, or Inventory Executive.
• Experience in F&B, central kitchen, or warehouse environments is a plus.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and attention‑to‑detail abilities.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Excel.
