Stock Market Accounts Manager

About the role

The Stock Market Accounts Manager is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Mumbai. The role involves managing client investment accounts, monitoring stock market positions, and ensuring accurate recording of all trades and transactions within a fast‑paced proprietary trading environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage stock broking accounts and related accounting operations.
• Finalize financial statements and prepare MIS reports.
• Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits.
• Ensure compliance with direct and indirect tax regulations, including TDS and GST filing and reconciliations.
• Handle daily finance and treasury operations for group companies.
• Prepare financial analysis and support cash‑flow management.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Maintain adherence to applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.

Required profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–5 years of post‑qualification experience.
• Strong knowledge of stock broking accounting and financial finalization.
• Experience in audit, taxation, TDS, and GST compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, Economics or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., NISM) are a plus.
