Stock Keeper – Warehouse Operations

About the role

Vestas is seeking a Stock Keeper to support its Service Supply Chain in Asia. The role ensures that parts, tools, and materials are available when needed, helping to minimise turbine downtime and keep operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage shipping, receiving and storage of parts and tools.
• Track and expedite critical materials to support uninterrupted service.
• Maintain accurate inventory through regular counts and SAP updates.
• Process paperwork related to site inventory, including requisitions, work orders and material movements.
• Sort and place materials on racks or bins according to predefined sequences.
• Inspect, weigh, load and document hazardous materials and waste.
• Validate orders for accuracy and ensure timely return of tools.
• Own all shipping and receiving duties for the site, including priority orders.

Required profile

• Diploma or GED.
• 3‑4 years experience in warehouse or site operations.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail‑oriented, organized and strong time‑management skills.
• Ability to wear required PPE and obtain forklift/MHE certification.
• Strong work ethic, dependability and willingness to learn.
