About the role
We are launching Olive Garden, an internationally recognised Italian‑American restaurant brand, in Colaba – Ballard Pier, Mumbai. We are seeking enthusiastic Stewards (Restaurant Servers) who are guest‑focused and ready to deliver a memorable dining experience in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests with a warm, professional attitude.
- Present menus, explain food and beverage offerings, and take accurate orders.
- Communicate orders to the kitchen/bar team and serve food and drinks efficiently.
- Address guest queries and service concerns promptly and courteously.
- Support teammates during peak periods to ensure smooth operations.
Required profile
- 0–3 years of experience in restaurants, hotels, cafés, QSR, casual or fine dining (freshers welcome).
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well‑groomed, professionally presented and positive attitude.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends and public holidays.
