Steward – Italian Cuisine Service (Bengaluru)

About the role

We are looking for a Steward with experience in Italian cuisine to join our on‑site team at Autogrill’s Bengaluru location. The role supports daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness and food safety for guests on the move.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve Italian food and beverages according to menu specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in service areas and kitchen, following Autogrill’s standards.
• Set up tables and service stations, greet guests and respond to their requests promptly.
• Coordinate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Assist with stock replenishment, basic inventory checks and support training of new team members.
• Adhere to food safety, sanitation and health‑and‑safety regulations.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Hands‑on experience in food & beverage service, preferably in an Italian dining environment.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Attention to detail, reliability and teamwork orientation.
• Basic proficiency in English; knowledge of Italian language or culture is a plus.
