Staff Software Engineer – Build Scalable AI Services

About the role

We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer to design and deliver high‑performance, AI‑driven services that power large enterprise workflows. You will lead the architecture of micro‑service ecosystems, build APIs that handle millions of daily requests, and ensure robust, horizontally‑scalable data storage.

Key responsibilities

• Architect a micro‑service ecosystem with fast, efficient inter‑process communication.
• Design and implement APIs capable of scaling to millions of requests per day.
• Set up fault‑tolerant, horizontally‑scalable data‑storage solutions and ensure their synchronization.
• Work with state‑of‑the‑art machine‑learning toolkits to improve model latency for real‑time predictions.
• Apply best practices for CI/CD pipelines and information security across the platform.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in a developer or lead‑developer role.
• Strong fundamental knowledge of HTTP and Linux systems.
• Deep architectural understanding of web applications and high‑performance RESTful services.
• Proven ability to build fault‑tolerant software and select appropriate storage systems and data structures.
• B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent.
