Staff Site Reliability Engineer (PwD)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Staff Site Reliability Engineer to join our Observability team in Bengaluru. The role focuses on building and maintaining reliable, secure, and cost-effective monitoring solutions for our global infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and optimise instrumentation for comprehensive monitoring and logging across distributed systems.
• Lead the support and management of observability platforms such as Splunk, ClickHouse, Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry and CloudWatch.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, Ansible and GitHub.
• Automate operational workflows, reduce toil and improve system integration using scripting (Python, Shell).
• Oversee cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP, ensuring high availability, scalability and security.
• Mentor junior SREs, lead incident response and conduct root-cause analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 8-11 years of professional experience in site reliability, observability or DevOps.
• Proven track record of managing Linux-based production environments.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
