Staff Product Analytics Engineer

About the role

Celonis is looking for a Staff Product Analytics Engineer to lead the design and implementation of analytic infrastructure that powers strategic decision‑making in a fast‑growing environment. As a senior technical expert, you will drive the creation of a data foundation for the Celonis Digital Twin and enable data‑driven discussions across product, engineering and go‑to‑market teams.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with product, engineering and GTM stakeholders to translate analytic needs into data engineering requirements.
• Design, build and maintain resilient data pipelines that ingest data from enterprise systems, communication tools, product telemetry and observability platforms.
• Develop a scalable platform supporting Celonis as a Digital Twin and apply internal Celonis solutions.
• Continuously audit and refine data processes to ensure accuracy, consistency and integrity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science or related field; Master’s/PhD preferred.
• 10+ years of experience as an Analytics Engineer or Data Engineer in SaaS or enterprise software, partnering with product and engineering teams.
• Proven ability to build scalable data stacks in Databricks and work in multi‑cloud environments.
• Strong decision‑making, communication and detail‑orientation skills.
