Staff Nurse – Ward/ICU (Female) – Guindy, Chennai

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated female Staff Nurse to join our team in Guindy, Chennai. The position involves providing direct patient care in ward, ICU and EMR settings, with rotational shifts to ensure 24‑hour coverage.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and observe patient conditions, recording medical history and current complaints.
• Prepare patients for diagnostic examinations and treatments.
• Administer medications and treatments, monitoring for side effects and reactions.
• Coordinate with medical officers throughout patient care.
• Assist in medical procedures and surgeries as required.
• Operate and monitor medical equipment.
• Monitor medical stock levels in the department.
• Liaise with laboratory, radiology, scan and endoscopy departments for diagnostics.

Required profile

• Female candidates only, age below 35 years.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
• Educational qualification: DGNM or B.Sc. Nursing.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts.
