About the role

Apollo Hospitals is seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to join its clinical team. The role involves delivering high‑quality nursing care, supporting patients and families, and collaborating with multidisciplinary professionals in a fast‑paced hospital environment.

Key responsibilities

• Record medical history and symptoms accurately.
• Administer medication and prescribed treatments.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Perform point‑of‑care tests and conduct comprehensive nursing assessments.
• Monitor patients’ health status and respond to changes promptly.
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families.
• Maintain inventory of medical supplies and ensure bedside care standards.
• Operate and maintain medical equipment safely.
• Participate in regular in‑service education and training.

Required profile

• Graduate with 1st division in 10th, 12th and GNM Nursing/BSc Nursing/M.Sc Nursing.
• 3 months to 5 years of nursing experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team‑building and coordination abilities.
• Initiative, moral support, and a patient‑focused approach.
• Basic computer literacy.
