About the role

The hospital in Betul, Madhya Pradesh is seeking dedicated nursing professionals to join its 30‑bed multispeciality facility. Candidates will work as staff nurses or supervisors, providing quality patient care in a dynamic, NABH‑under‑process environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to patients across various specialties.
• Monitor patient vitals, administer medications, and maintain accurate records.
• Assist physicians during examinations and procedures.
• Coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient flow.
• Handle emergency situations as part of an 8‑hour shift schedule.

Required profile

• Completed B.Sc Nursing or General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) qualification.
• Open to fresh graduates as well as candidates with prior nursing experience.
• Willingness to work in a hospital setting with rotating emergency duties.
• Any gender is acceptable.

Required skills

• Fundamental nursing procedures and patient care techniques.
• Basic knowledge of hospital infection control and safety protocols.
