Staff Nurse

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team in Ahmedabad. You will provide direct patient care, work closely with physicians, and ensure high‑quality clinical services in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care based on patients' clinical conditions and treatment plans.
• Assess and monitor vital signs, symptoms, and overall health status.
• Administer prescribed medications, injections, IV fluids and other treatments.
• Maintain accurate nursing notes, patient records, medication charts and other documentation.
• Assist doctors during examinations, procedures and emergency interventions.
• Observe patients for deterioration or adverse reactions and promptly report to the doctor or Nursing In‑charge.
• Follow safe medication administration practices (right patient, drug, dose, route, time, documentation).

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of nursing experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
• Completed GNM or ANM qualification.
• Strong understanding of clinical protocols and patient safety.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and communicate clearly with the medical team.
