Staff Nurse

About the role

The Staff Nurse position is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Sikar. You will join a healthcare education organization dedicated to delivering high‑quality patient care while supporting the training of future nursing professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, monitor vital signs, and administer medications.
• Assist physicians and senior nurses during procedures and implement prescribed care plans.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure thorough clinical documentation.
• Apply infection‑control protocols and promote patient safety and comfort.
• Educate patients and families on treatment, recovery, and preventive health practices.
• Participate in shift handovers and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Required profile

• Recognized nursing qualification (e.g., BSc Nursing or equivalent) with valid registration as required locally.
• Strong clinical nursing skills and ability to work in rotating shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Compassionate, ethical approach with resilience in challenging clinical environments.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for interaction with patients, families and healthcare teams.
