Staff Nurse

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse to join our hospital team. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality patient care, support physicians during procedures, and ensure strict adherence to clinical and safety protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to in‑patients.
• Monitor vital signs and assess patients' health conditions regularly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
• Assist physicians during examinations, procedures, and medical interventions.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date patient records and nursing documentation.
• Report any changes in patients' conditions promptly to the responsible doctors.
• Ensure infection control and follow all hospital safety protocols.
• Educate patients and families about medication, treatment plans, and post‑care instructions.
• Handle and maintain medical equipment according to guidelines.
• Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to coordinate effective patient care.

Required profile

• GNM or B.Sc. Nursing qualification from a recognized institution.
• Valid registration with the relevant State Nursing Council.
• 1–5 years of relevant clinical experience (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
