About the role

Apollo Hospitals is seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to join its clinical team. The role involves delivering high‑quality bedside care, supporting patients and families, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a modern hospital environment.

Key responsibilities

• Record medical history and symptoms accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with doctors, therapists and support staff to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Perform point‑of‑care tests and nursing assessments.
• Monitor patients' health status and respond to changes promptly.
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families.
• Maintain inventory of medical supplies and ensure proper equipment operation.
• Deliver bedside care and operate medical equipment safely.
• Participate in regular in‑service education and training sessions.

Required profile

• Graduate with 1st division in 10th, 12th and a nursing qualification (GNM, BSc Nursing or MSc Nursing).
• 3 months to 5 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset with good coordination skills.
• Initiative, moral support and a compassionate approach to patient care.
