Staff Nurse

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to join our team at Apollo Hospitals in Nasik. The successful candidate will provide high‑quality nursing care to patients across a range of specialties, ensuring safety, comfort and optimal clinical outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, and wound management.
• Monitor vital signs, maintain accurate patient records, and report changes to the medical team.
• Collaborate with physicians, allied health professionals and support staff to coordinate treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, post‑discharge care and preventive measures.
• Adhere to infection‑control protocols and hospital policies at all times.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) or equivalent.
• Valid registration with the Nursing Council of India.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Commitment to patient‑centred care and continuous learning.

Required skills

• Clinical assessment and patient monitoring.
• Medication administration and dosage calculation.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) techniques.
• Electronic health record (EHR) documentation.
