Staff Nurse – IVF Clinic

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Staff Nurse to join our fast‑growing IVF network in Erode. You will provide evidence‑based nursing care to patients undergoing fertility treatments, ensuring safety, comfort, and emotional support throughout their journey.

Key responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor vital signs for patients undergoing IVF procedures.
• Prepare patients and procedure rooms, maintaining strict sterile techniques.
• Assist in oocyte retrieval, embryo transfer, and other fertility‑related procedures.
• Document patient care accurately and coordinate with IVF specialists, embryologists, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medication schedules, and post‑procedure care.
• Participate in quality‑improvement and patient‑safety initiatives.

Required profile

• Valid nursing qualification (GNM, B.Sc Nursing, or equivalent) with registration on the appropriate nursing council.
• Clinical experience or strong interest in IVF, obstetrics‑gynecology, reproductive medicine, or women’s health.
• Knowledge of infection‑control practices, sterile techniques, and handling of clinical equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient counseling and team coordination.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and commit to ongoing professional development.
