Staff Nurse – ICU

About the role
The ICU team at KIMS Hospital in Kasaragod is seeking compassionate and dedicated staff nurses to provide high‑quality care to critically ill patients. This full‑time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, supportive clinical environment and develop advanced nursing skills.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor vital signs and clinical status of ICU patients continuously.
- Administer medications, intravenous therapies, and blood products as prescribed.
- Operate and maintain life‑support equipment such as ventilators and infusion pumps.
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary staff to implement care plans.
- Document patient observations, interventions, and outcomes accurately in medical records.
- Provide education and emotional support to patients’ families.
Required profile
- B.Sc Nursing or General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) qualification.
- Experienced candidates preferred; fresh graduates with at least six months of clinical training are welcome.
- Strong commitment to patient safety, empathy, and teamwork.
