Staff Nurse – Hospital

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to join our hospital team. The successful candidate will provide high‑quality nursing care, support patients and families, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal health outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Record medical histories, symptoms and maintain accurate patient records.
• Administer medications, treatments and perform point‑of‑care tests.
• Conduct nursing assessments and monitor patients’ health status.
• Provide bedside care, operate medical equipment and manage inventory.
• Educate and support patients and families on health maintenance and recovery.
• Collaborate with doctors, therapists and other staff to develop and implement care plans.

Required profile

• Graduate with 1st division in 10th, 12th and a qualification in GNM Nursing, BSc Nursing or MSc Nursing.
• 3 months to 5 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, teamwork orientation and initiative.
• Commitment to patient‑centred care and ethical practice.

Required skills

• Computer literacy for documentation and hospital information systems.
